Pay Rate Range: $37-$74/hour


SHIFT: Day


EXTENSION/CONVERSION: Eligible

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a Control System Specialist for our client in new nuclear technology!

  • Design, build, wire, test, and troubleshoot electrical control panels and instrumentation systems.
  • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot LabVIEW-based control and data acquisition systems.
  • Configure and integrate instrumentation, sensors, heaters, control valves, VFDs, motors, and other field devices into control systems.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, I&C, and communication issues.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation.


ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associateโ€™s degree or equivalent and 5+ years of hands-on experience building, troubleshooting, commissioning, or maintaining industrial control systems, instrumentation, automated equipment, or laboratory test systems.
  • Experience building and wiring electrical control panels from schematics.
  • Experience programming and troubleshooting LabVIEW applications and data acquisition systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.


BONUS QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with AutoCAD or similar software for developing electrical schematics, panel layouts, and control systems drawings.
  • Experience with PLC and HMI programming and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with industrial communication protocols.
  • Experience designing or supporting UL508A control panels.
  • Experience with SCADA systems, industrial automation platforms, or DCS.
