Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of commercial structural concrete coring and cutting experience.
  • Proven experience performing concrete core drilling, wall sawing, slab sawing, hand sawing, ring sawing, and/or track sawing.
  • Experience working on commercial, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, data center, or similar construction projects.
  • Ability to drill safely and cut reinforced concrete while recognizing and avoiding embedded hazards, including reinforcing steel (rebar), electrical conduit, utilities, and post-tension cables.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, layouts, and field markings.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate troubleshoot safely, and maintain concrete coring and cutting equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude.
  • Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 75 pounds or more, and perform physically demanding work in various weather and job site conditions.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and the ability to operate company vehicles.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check, where permitted by applicable law.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Driving Record Requirement

    Applicants must have a driving record that meets the company's insurance eligibility requirements. Candidates who are not insurable under the company's commercial auto insurance policy may not be eligible for this position.
