Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform installation tasks for audio video systems including pulling wire, terminating cables, installing speakers, and mounting shades
  • Read and interpret schematics and spreadsheets
  • Use hand and power tools to drill holes, crimp connectors, along with various other AV system related tasks
  • Communicate well with the project lead or project manager
  • Travel to various job sites as required
  • Produce professional work to company installation standards
Skills and Abilities
  • Effectively communicate with colleagues and other trades on job sites
  • Ability to use hand and power tools in a safe and efficient manner
  • Ability to work and think independently to meet project deadlines
  • Basic computer knowledge
Education/Experience
  • Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Formal education in electronics or related field is a plus
  • Passion and interest in electronic systems or technology
  • Valid Driver’s License and a clean motor vehicle record
  • Crestron, Savant, Control4 and Lutron preferred
  • Prior AV or IT experience preferred
