Job Summary: 

If you are a Sales Manager- EPC Accounts professional looking for an opportunity to grow your career, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by driving growth of Emerson's Isolation and Actuated Valves portfolio across EPCs and OEMs in the Saudi Arabia & Bahrain.  

Based in Saudi Arabia , the position focuses on EPCs strategic relationship, early project engagement (FEED and pre-award) to influence specifications, secure approvals, and convert qualified opportunities into awarded orders. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager - Isolation Valves & Actuation, Western MEA, the role combines strategic account ownership and engineered solution selling to deliver sustained orders, revenue growth, and increased market share. 

 

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: 

  • Manage and grow assigned EPC and OEM key accounts across the SAUDI ARABIA & Bahrain, with a primary focus on Isolation and Actuated Valves. 
  • Engage customers early during FEED and conceptual engineering phases to support solution development and influence project specifications. 
  • Position Emerson's Isolation and Actuation portfolio by acting as a trusted technical and commercial advisor to engineering, procurement, and leadership stakeholders. 

  • Achieve or exceed assigned financial targets, including annual budget and quarterly forecasts, in alignment with the Isolation Valves business plan. 
  • Build and sustain strong, multilevel relationships across EPCs, OEMs, and FEED contractors, engaging key decisionmakers and influencers. 
  • Maintain an accurate and robust opportunity pipeline, providing reliable forecasts aligned with sales and operations planning processes. 
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with Global Project Pursuit, End User Sales, Inside Sales, Product Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams to identify, pursue, and secure project opportunities and order growth. 
  • Gather, analyze, and share timely market insights, competitive intelligence, and industry trends to support strategic decisionmaking. 
  • Grow business of datacenter in the kingdom and keep Emerson registered in all the AVL.
  • Diversify the funnel industries to include strong funnel of projects O&G, Chemicals, P&W, Mining, Datacenters.
  • Adhere to Health, Safety & Environment policies as laid by the organization.

For This Role, You Will Need: 

  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Instrumentation, Petroleum, Chemical) or an equivalent discipline. 

  • A minimum of eight years of experience in sales, strategic accounts, or EPCfocused business roles, preferably within the valves or oil and gas industry. 
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets, driving project growth, and developing strong, strategic customer relationships. 
  • The ability to work effectively in a collaborative, matrix environment while managing multiple priorities across complex projects. 

 

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: 

  • Experience working with SAUDI ARABIAbased EPCs, OEMs, and FEED contractors. 
  • Industry exposure to oil and gas, chemical, data center, or power and water sectors. 
  • Experience influencing technical decisions during early project phases and supporting engineered solutions.
