What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Client Service Specialist; an energetic individual with an engaging personality who believes in our philosophy of learning and innovating in a fun environment. You will join our growing team of coaches at Cary to provide superior customer service to our students, parents and prospective customers.

Requirements

· Excellent oral communication and organizational skills.

· Able to prioritize tasks and respond to requests in a timely fashion.

· Upbeat, positive, energetic and works Independently.

· Good listener and strong influencer.

· Understanding of marketing principals.

· Proficient in promoting business

· Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, web-based applications.

· Very good listener, attentive to prospective client’s questions.

· Very effective presentation skills.

· Educational experience and First Aid training an asset.

· Understanding of robotics and programming an asset.

· Ability to inspire and lead others.

· Pre-employment background check is required.

Responsibilities include:

· Track and respond to all inquiries, via phone and email

· Conduct tours and describe our programs to prospective students and parents.

· Review program offerings, pricing and enrollment with prospective students and parents.

· Coordinate flow of enrollment, registration, payments and students for our programs.

· Organizational duties for the office and classrooms.

· Provide feedback to students and parents on srtudent progress.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday PM and Saturday AM
