Job description

We are looking for a Night Auditor to join our team! Our ideal candidates have a flair for communication

and the ability to problem solve. This is an over-night position, hours are 11 PM to 7 AM!

MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS!

IF YOU ARE NOT AVAILABLE TO WORK SATURDAY AND SUNDAY, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY!

Responsibilities include:

 Running the night audit and resetting the operating system for next days business

 Sending out daily financial reports to above property and corporate team

 Greeting guests both in person and over the phone

 Coordinating guest check-in/check-out and assisting guests with making reservations

 Answering guest questions and assisting guests with any problems they may experience

 Monitoring daily reservations and ensuring assigned rooms are prepared prior to check-in

 Handling financial transactions (both cash and credit)

 Promptly assisting with guest requests

 Actively listening to and resolving guest complaints

 Ensuring cleanliness of the property and performing light cleaning duties if needed

 Other duties as assigned by general manager

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Ability to walk and bend frequently throughout shift

Detail oriented

Professional attitude

Reliable transportation

Ability to work independently
