As a part of the Bulk Gas team, you will provide support by interacting with the on-site operations and maintenance teams and associated vendors, as well as customer groups, to ensure world-class performance of equipment providing critical supply to fab production. This position leads the engineering team and ensures effective collaboration with operations and maintenance teams, as well as customer groups, to provide world-class equipment performance in the supply of gases supporting fab production. This role is also responsible for supporting the planning, construction, startup and commissioning of new equipment, as well as the development and execution of projects to improve safety, quality, and reliability. The role will include management and oversight of Hazardous Production Materials (HPM) and places a premium on safety focus and expertise.**Role and Responsibilities****Here's what you'll be responsible for:*** Lead and participate in safety initiatives, programs, and activities to drive world class safety performance while ensuring there is a culture of learning and self-improvement for the team* Provide technical expertise and ownership for supply systems, safety and quality standards, and improvements for those systems. Engineer TR will interact with operations teams, maintenance teams, construction teams, and equipment vendors to sustain and maintain equipment* Troubleshoot emergent equipment issues and provide technical direction to resolve.* Work with maintenance teams to plan and execute non-standard equipment maintenance to address failures or equipment improvements* Communicate and coordinate with Fab Engineering groups to provide technical support, supply issue resolution, and collaboration for improved safety, quality, and system reliability* Support team through commissioning and startup of new equipment installations* Support and lead MOC for PSM and RMP covered processes**Skills and Qualifications****Here's what you'll need:*** The candidate has previous bulk gas experience from bulk gas companies like Linde, APCI, Messer, Matheson, Air Gas, etc. OR is a high performing engineer with multiple years of SAS experience on an equipment team* Candidate has 6+ years overall experience* Familiarity with PSM or RMP programs* High level of communication capable of representing GCS to Fab Engineering customers, Procurement & Finance teams, our vendors, and site executivesThe current base salary range for this role is between $117,000 - $151,500. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience.
