Prior Experience in Mortage Industry| Key Skill Sets Required: SAS Expertise. Experience in Data Analytics, Stastical Modelling, Data warehousing, Data Dictionary development in Mortgage Industry. Hands on Experience of SQL, Databases (Sybase/Oracle/UDB), Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Power Point, Excel), MS Access
The position will support Servicing Portfolio Analytics
This will require a lot of data validation work, comparing files, tracking changes and etc.
5-7 year experience in SAS - Looking for a candidate very experienced with SAS.
Candidate should be able to use SAS to query database and import different type of files.
Must be very detail oriented.
Must be a fast learner.
Needs to be able to see the weakness in process and take initiative to propose changes to the management, once current processes are understood.
