Role Overview
Hyundai AutoEver America is seeking a SAP MM Business Systems Analyst II to support, maintain, and enhance SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions for Hyundai Motor Manufacturing operations. This role will serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders, manufacturing teams, and Hyundai headquarters in Korea to ensure SAP Materials Management (MM) processes align with business objectives and global best practices.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, supporting SAP ERP projects and enhancements, resolving production issues, and driving continuous process improvements. This role requires deep functional expertise in SAP MM and related SCM modules, along with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
As a key member of the SAP team, you will work closely with end users, business partners, global IT teams, and external vendors to deliver high-quality SAP solutions that support manufacturing and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and solution design for SAP MM initiatives.
  • Support the ongoing maintenance, enhancement, and optimization of SAP ERP SCM solutions.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot SAP MM production issues, incidents, and system defects while ensuring timely resolution.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend scalable SAP standard solutions that align with business requirements.
  • Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Coordinate and support SAP enhancements, projects, system implementations, and upgrades.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and user requirement sessions to identify business needs and process improvements.
  • Support integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.
  • Monitor SAP interfaces, data replication processes, and system performance to ensure operational stability.
  • Collaborate with Hyundai HQ and global teams to implement SCM best practices and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain system documentation, process flows, training materials, and knowledge repositories.
  • Ensure compliance with HAEA IT governance standards, methodologies, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide ongoing user support, training, and on-call support as required.
  • Stay current on SAP SCM technologies, trends, and industry best practices.

Must-Have Requirements
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience
  • 7+ years of hands-on SAP configuration, implementation, support, or development experience within:
    • SAP Materials Management (MM)
    • SAP Production Planning (PP)
    • SAP Sales & Distribution (SD)
  • 7+ years of ERP project implementation and execution experience.
  • Experience supporting SAP solutions within manufacturing environments.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into SAP-enabled business solutions.
  • Experience supporting SAP enhancements, break-fix support, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience conducting fit-gap analyses, process optimization, and SAP solution design.
Skills & Knowledge
  • Strong functional expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM) and related SCM processes.
  • Understanding of manufacturing and supply chain business operations.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
