About The Opportunity
Menasha Corporation is advancing a modern, AI-enabled digital operations ecosystem across two businesses: Menasha Packing Company and ORBIS Corporation. As a Lead SAP Analyst - Sales and Distribution, you will play a key role in shaping how our Sales, customer service, estimation, pricing, and product development will run on SAP S/4 HANA and ECC 6.0.
You will partner directly with business leaders, end users and IT team members to design scalable, secure, and intelligent SAP solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce cost-to-serve, and contribute to Menasha's enterprise applications strategy. This role is a key part of Menasha's SAP leadership pipeline, providing exposure to strategic decision-making, enterprise architecture, and cross-functional leadership, with opportunities for progression into SAP management roles.
Essential Job Functions
Technical Leadership and Team Enablement
  • Serve as a technical leader and escalation point for SAP Sales and Distribution, guiding solution design and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.
  • Act as a mentor and coach for SAP analysts, supporting skill development, knowledge sharing, and adherence to best practices.
  • Lead design reviews, challenge assumptions, and ensure high-quality, scalable solutions are delivered across initiatives.
  • Provide thought leadership on Sales and Distribution capabilities, influencing roadmap decisions and continuous improvement efforts.

Product and Solution Delivery
  • Lead delivery of enhancements and mid-to-large size initiatives within functional areas that comprise SAP's Sales & Distribution (SD) domain, using a product-centric, agile approach.
  • Translate business requirements into system requirements, functional specifications, proof of concept, and acceptance criteria.
  • Drive As-Is/To-Be process design, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and digital roadmap.
  • Configure and support SAP SD, including Enterprise Structure, ATP, Pricing, Item Category determination, output determination and billing
  • Experience with both Make-to-Order and Make-to-Stock scenarios is a must
  • Ability to implement and support SAP's Variant Configuration (VC), with multi-level bills of material is strongly desired
  • Experience within a broad, multi-plant, internal supply chain is strongly desired

Innovation, AI, and Continuous Improvement
  • Apply SAP Joule and other AI-assisted tools to bring value to business units, streamline business decision making, and improve service levels.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation, simplification, and standardization across plants and business units.
  • Collaborate with data and integration teams on API-first design, improved data quality, and enhanced supply chain visibility.

Operational Excellence and Support
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex SAP SD issues requiring deep technical expertise.
  • Provide guidance to analysts on root cause analysis and resolution approaches.
  • Provide expert Level 1 and 2 support; participate in a rotating on-call schedule for critical business operations.
  • Execute HyperCare support activities for major releases or business events, including on-site sales and distribution support.
  • Analyze, optimize, and support inbound/outbound processes, EDI/idoc flows.

Governance, Quality, and Security
  • Ensure solutions comply with IT controls, cybersecurity policies, and SAP best practices.
  • Lead unit testing and coordinate UAT cycles with business stakeholders.
  • Support enterprise change management and documentation standards.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, business or supply chain or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of SAP functional experience
  • 5+ years of focused SAP Sales and Distribution experience with SAP ECC 6 and S/4 HANA (Cloud or On-Premise)
  • Deep expertise in Sales & Distribution configuration.
  • Proven experience in SAP Variant Configuration LO-VC
  • Experience in SAP Advanced Variant Configuration AVC is a plus
  • Demonstrated successful leadership in multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations.
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills; proven ability to translate business needs into technology outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP certification in SAP Sales and Distribution
  • Familiarity with AI-centric tools (SAP Joule, GitHub Copilot, or similar)
  • Familiarity in SAP Quote-to-Cash process with experience in Make-To-Stock, Make-To-Order, and Engineer-To-Order processes
  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP pricing with a focus on complex pricing procedures.
  • Experience in Integration and cross functional collaboration with SAP MM, PP, LE, and FI/CO
  • Experience in cross company code sales process
  • Experience in international sales and usage of SAP Plants Abroad

Working Environment
  • Primarily works in an office environment.
  • Occasional travel required (20%)
