Job Title: SAP - Technical Project Manager
Job Location: Newark, CA
Job Type: Contract

Job Description:

      10- 12 years of technical program or project management experience delivering SAP programs

·       Proven delivery experience with SAP S4HANA implementations or integrations

·       Hands on leadership of SAP integration programs involving

·       3PL WMS systems

·       SAP MM SD logistics flows

·       SAP BTP or Integration Suite based interfaces

·       Strong understanding in disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience

·       Experience managing technical projects across cross functional teams building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

·       Experience defining KPIs SLAs used to drive multimillion dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with success in working across organizations at all levels

·       Familiarity with tools such as Confluence SharePoint Clarity and Jira is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

·       Program Delivery Leadership

·       Own end to end delivery of SAP integration programs from intake and SOW execution through deployment and stabilization across US EU and Middle East regions

·       Drive integrated program plans spanning SAP functional teams integration teams external vendors security infrastructure and business stakeholders

·       Lead execution across all SAP phases including design build testing cutover and go live

·       SAP Integration Technical Oversight

·       Lead SAP S4HANA integrations with external systems including 3PLWMS platforms leveraging SAP BTP and Integration Suite patterns

·       Oversee SAP interfaces supporting

·       Inbound and outbound logistics

·       Goods receipt and goods issue processing

·       Inventory movements and confirmations

·       Master data synchronization

·       Partner closely with SAP Functional MM SD WMEWM and SAP Technical ABAP Integration BTP teams to ensure solution integrity

·       Cutover Risk Operational Readiness

·       Lead SAP cutover planning and execution including transport sequencing environment readiness and dependency management

·       Identify and mitigate technical vendor and schedule risks across complex SAP landscapes

·       Ensure operational readiness with support teams post go live
