Job description

Overview
The SAP SCM Analyst support the Americas' warehouse management initiatives in North America. Support primary locations in Tennessee, Utah and Canada as well as other shipping locations as needed. The SCM Analyst will work with internal warehousing organizations in North America to develop core SAP configuration and development requirements, and coordinate with our Global SCM team in Munich Germany. Demonstrate a strong SAP background capability to assist the business groups in key process points including inbound supply chain, internal warehouse processes, logistics execution and transportation functions.
What You'll Do
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Recommend and configure core SAP solutions with a focus on providing cross-brand capabilities; Meet and discuss the business needs of the particular functions and suggest solutions to gain efficiencies; Work with business teams to develop new warehouse functions to improve efficiencies and accuracy; Coordinate with Global SCM team on new technologies and goals for the future; Mentor and support other SAP groups as requested; Troubleshoot issues with SAP WM systems and tools; Identify support and training for business users as necessary; and Provide support of help tickets related to SCM team.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems Math, MIS, or a related field of study, and two (2) years of experience in a related position working within SAP SCM. Work experience must have included: Fundamental process experience and business functionality within a warehouse; Core configuration experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management ("EWM"); Experience directing and facilitating shipping requirements with carriers; Experience with SAP Smartforms and RF input devices; Experience with SAP S/4 Hana system and; Knowledge of SAP order-to-cash and purchase-to-pay processes. Travel requirement: Limited travel to other warehouse locations. This includes US and CA facilities approximately 4-6 times per year to provide testing, training and knowledge sharing of SAP warehouse functionality and processes.
