Job description

Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead global SAP projects (implementations, upgrades, enhancements, etc), including managing project teams, timelines, budgets and other resources. Typical projects range from $0.5MM to $6MM in overall budget.
  • Effectively plan, organize, prioritize and assign assignments to team members.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans in collaboration with the appropriate client stakeholders.
  • Manage, motivate, empower and evaluate the consulting team to expand professional, management, leadership and technical skills.
  • Foster the continued success of the team and collaboration with the end client.
Requirements
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree.
  • Travel up to 50%.
  • 7+ years of SAP experience with 5+ years in an SAP project management role.
  • Experience on at least 4 full lifecycle projects (SAP implementation, SAP release upgrades and/or ongoing support of SAP S/4HANA and other SAP business solutions).
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving configuration, system communication and other issues that clients might experience within their operational SAP landscape.
  • Practical experience in the application of SAP methodologies (ACTIVATE).
  • Leadership skills to guide the consulting team and act as a trusted adviser to the client regarding strategy, direction, and risk.
