SAP Business Transformation EPC Program Director
Houston, TX- Hybrid
Contract-6 Months+

Must Have Skills
16-20 of experience
Own end-to-end delivery for the SAP transformation program from early scoping and planning through the implementation phases that follow.
Lead cross functional integration across engineering procurement construction project controls supply chain and finance workstreams.
Operate the multiparty governance model spanning the client LTM SAP and other delivery partners with explicit workstream ownership dependency tracking and escalation paths
Run that governance through tooling such as Azure DevOps or Jira or Microsoft MPP(Microsoft Project Plan) so that ownership dependencies escalations and progress remain visible to client leadership without being asked for.
Facilitate design decision for EPC business processes into SAP solution decisions project setup and WBS design cost breakdown structures, engineering change control, subcontractor management progress measurement, progress billing, and percentage of completion revenue recognition.
Own the integrated program plan and critical path and manage scope schedule budget risk and quality across all workstreams
Act as the senior relationship owner for client executive stakeholders running steering and operational forums and resolving escalations before they reach the sponsor
Build and lead the onsite and offshore delivery organization including the program leadership layer beneath the Program Director
Mandatory Requirements
EPC domain At least five years delivering SAP into an EPC contractor or into an owner operators capital projects function
SAP footprint Deep SAP Project System or S4HANA project management and engineer to order fulfilment
Program scale- Program Director accountability on at least two full lifecycle SAP programs of multiyear duration and comparable scale
Cross functional integration- Demonstrated integration of engineering procurement and construction execution with enterprise finance supply chain and technology
Multiparty collaboration- Delivery inside a program where the client an advisory partner and one or more system integrators operated jointly
Governance and method -SAP Activate and formal governance with tool instrumented dependency RAID and escalation management
Stakeholder altitude- An established operating relationship with client stakeholders at executive level.
