The Senior SAP Project Manager will be responsible for leading and delivering complex SAP programs across legacy SAP ECC and next-generation SAP S/4HANA landscapes. This role requires proven experience managing large-scale SAP ECC environments, as well as successfully planning and executing S/4HANA conversions or migrations. Experience operating and optimizing live S/4HANA environments is highly desirable with focus in SAP R2R area.

The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic delivery leader, overseeing end-to-end SAP initiativesโ€”from roadmap definition and business case development through execution, stabilization, and value realization. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, IT leadership, system integrators, and global teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while minimizing business disruption.

The Senior SAP Project Manager will provide strong governance, risk management, and executive communication across multi-workstream programs, ensuring alignment to enterprise transformation objectives, SAP best practices, and industry standards. This position demands a balance of hands-on SAP program leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive change in complex, matrixed environments.

โ€ข              Must have good experience managing ECC 6.0 environment specifically focused on the R2R area.

โ€ข              Define and execute the R2R practice vision, growth roadmap, and service offerings, across the core process areas of SAP Finance (Universal Journal, General Ledger), CO-PA, Project Systems, Asset Accounting, Group Reporting & Consolidation, Treasury, FP&A, RAR, RE-FX, integration with OTC (Order to Cash), P2P (Procure to Pay), and other upstream/downstream processes. Country specific localizations.

โ€ข              Lead RFP responses, Solution proposals, estimations, and client presentations. Conduct value discovery workshops with CFOs and Finance leadership teams. Contribute to the building of our Pre-Configured Accelerators and AI solutions. Create a pitch for their move from ECC to S/4.

โ€ข              Must have multiple full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion projects.

โ€ข              Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, Controllers, and Finance Transformation leaders. Lead executive steering committees and transformation governance forums.

โ€ข              Solution Manager exposure preferred

โ€ข              Strong Microsoft skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Microsoft Project, and Visio

โ€ข              Proven experience with SAP Activate or ASAP methodology.

โ€ข              Experience as a Project Manager having managed full SAP life cycle projects

โ€ข              Strong project management skills, including risk management, budgeting, and negotiation, usually with PMP or similar certification.

โ€ข              Experience as an Overall Integration Manager or Solution Architect role on mid-to-large projects

โ€ข              Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

โ€ข              Bachelorโ€™s degree required
