What is a SAP processor?

SAP Processors are professionals responsible for managing and processing transactions within the SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products) enterprise software. They handle data entry, verify accuracy, and ensure that business processes such as purchasing, invoicing, and inventory management are recorded correctly in the SAP system. SAP Processors play a vital role in supporting day-to-day operations by maintaining data integrity and facilitating efficient workflow across various departments. Their expertise helps organizations optimize their use of the SAP platform for business operations.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a SAP processor?

To thrive as a SAP Processor, you need a solid understanding of business processes, data entry accuracy, and experience with SAP software, often supported by a background in finance, accounting, or supply chain. Proficiency with SAP modules (such as SAP FI, MM, or SD), Microsoft Office Suite, and occasionally specific certifications like SAP Certified Application Associate are typically required. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and effective communication help ensure accuracy and efficiency in handling transactional data. These skills and qualifications are crucial for maintaining data integrity, streamlining workflows, and supporting informed business decisions.

What are the most common challenges faced by SAP processors during month-end or year-end closing?

SAP Processors often face tight deadlines and increased workloads during month-end or year-end closing periods. These times require meticulous attention to detail as they reconcile accounts, process large volumes of transactions, and ensure data accuracy across multiple modules. Collaboration with finance, accounting, and other operational teams is essential to resolve discrepancies quickly and meet reporting deadlines. Being proactive in communication and familiar with SAP troubleshooting can help reduce errors and manage workload pressure effectively.

Together, we're building the future we all aspire to - making net zero a reality.
Role Overview
Are you an expert in orchestrating enterprise SAP ecosystems using the latest modern automation and AI-driven platforms? We are looking for an SAP Delivery & Operations Manager to lead the technical execution, process transformation, and optimization of our SAP S/4HANA global environment.
Reporting directly to the SAP Director, you will bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and technical delivery. You will manage a high-performing cross-functional team, spearhead process mining initiatives, scale continuous automated testing frameworks, and ensure a world-class digital adoption experience for our global user base.
Key Responsibilities
  • S/4HANA Delivery & Governance: Lead end-to-end implementation and optimization projects using the SAP Activate methodology. Manage timelines, budgets, and project risks.
  • Process Transformation: Leverage SAP Signavio for process mining and modeling to eliminate operational bottlenecks and align workflows with SAP Best Practices.
  • AI & Continuous Innovation: Drive productivity by integrating and scaling SAP Joule AI copilots across standard enterprise workflows.
  • Continuous Automation Testing: Oversee our Tricentis testing framework (Tosca/LiveCompare), utilizing smart impact analysis to minimize regression cycles for quarterly releases.
  • Digital Change Management: Oversee the development and deployment of WalkMe overlays to streamline digital adoption, build in-app guidance, and reduce user onboarding friction.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between internal functional business leads, development teams, and external system integrators.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Leadership: Minimum 3+ years managing cross-functional technical teams, offshore resources, and third-party vendors.
  • 7-10+ years managing enterprise SAP environments, with a proven track record of leading at least one full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation.
  • Direct, hands-on management experience with the following platforms is highly preferred:
    • SAP Signavio (Process Insights, Process Manager)
    • SAP Joule AI (Contextual AI integration)
    • Tricentis (Tosca automated testing and/or LiveCompare impact analysis)
    • WalkMe (Digital Adoption Platform / analytics)
  • Expert-level mastery of SAP Activate, Agile, and Scrum project delivery frameworks.

Why Should You Apply?
  • Excellent Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision & 401K Matching).
  • Excellent development programs and advancement opportunities.
  • Tuition reimbursement and on-the-job training.
  • Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays.
  • Committed to quality products and services.
  • Great working environment and culture.
  • Employee Appreciation Programs and Event.
