Job Overview: Pay Range: $75hr - $80hr Requirement/Must Have: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field. 8+ years of experience in ERP functional roles, Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, Materials Management, Data Governance, or Master Data Management. Deep understanding of supply chain planning and logistics business processes. Hands-on experience with SAP and/or Oracle material and supply chain master data. Proven experience leading master data cleansing, harmonization, or ERP transformation initiatives. Strong knowledge of material master data structures and planning processes. Experience facilitating workshops and collaborating directly with business stakeholders. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities. Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of Material Planning & Logistics master data governance policies, standards, and procedures. Define business rules, data definitions, ownership models, approval workflows, and maintenance processes. Establish standards for the creation, maintenance, and retirement of material and logistics-related master data. Drive adoption of enterprise-wide master data standards across business functions and geographies. Partner with business leaders and governance councils to prioritize and resolve master data quality issues. Assess current-state SAP and Oracle master data to identify duplicates, inconsistencies, inaccuracies, and incomplete records. Lead material master data cleansing, standardization, enrichment, and validation activities. Work with planners, logistics teams, inventory managers, and manufacturing personnel to resolve data issues. Develop and execute remediation plans to improve data quality and consistency across systems. Establish metrics and monitoring processes to measure master data quality and governance compliance. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Warehousing, Customer Service, and Finance teams to understand master data requirements. Facilitate workshops to document current-state processes and define future-state standards. Partner with business stakeholders to improve data quality and streamline master data maintenance processes. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and governance requirements. Serve as the subject matter expert for Material Planning & Logistics master data within SAP and Oracle ERP environments. Understand interdependencies between planning, inventory, procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics master data. Collaborate with ERP functional and technical teams to support standardization and harmonization efforts. Support ERP transformation, integration, and migration initiatives by ensuring master data readiness. Define data stewardship roles and responsibilities. Develop training materials, process documentation, and governance procedures. Support implementation of governance workflows and approval controls. Promote a culture of data ownership and accountability across business functions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to sustain long-term master data quality. Nice to Have: Experience working in global manufacturing environments. SAP ECC and Oracle ERP experience. Experience with SAP Material Master, Production Planning (PP) and Materials Management (MM) solutions. Experience with Oracle Supply Chain Management and Planning solutions.
