  • Change Management & Sustainment – Define the post‑go‑live master data operating model, including roles, governance forums, and decision workflows; partner with Organizational Change Management (OCM) teams to support training and adoption for Super Users and business stakeholders; embed sustainable data governance practices to support long‑term business performance and system stability.
Required Skills & Competencies

  • SAP S/4HANA Expertise – Strong understanding of S/4HANA master data concepts, including Business Partner (BP) and Material Master structures.
  • Data Transformation Tools – Experience with data migration and governance tools such as Syniti; familiarity with process mining tools such as Signavio preferred.
  • Strategic Influence – Ability to influence senior leaders and drive adoption of standardized data practices across the enterprise.
  • Data Governance – Demonstrated experience establishing enterprise data governance models, councils, and decision workflows.
Education & Experience
  • Education – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience – 7–10 years of experience, including leadership of master data workstreams in large‑scale ERP transformations (greenfield or brownfield).
