Role - SAP Data Management Lead Only W2 Candidates Location - Fremont, CA (Onsite)

JD- Role Purpose: The SAP Data Management Lead is responsible for defining, governing, and delivering end‑to‑end data management activities across SAP transformation, implementation, migration, and ongoing operations. The role ensures that SAP master and transactional data is accurate, complete, compliant, and fit for business use across processes, systems, and reporting landscapes.

Required Skills and Experience
  • Strong experience in SAP data management, SAP data migration, master data governance, or enterprise data quality management.
  • Hands‑on understanding of SAP master data and transactional data across areas such as Finance, Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Plant Maintenance, or Enterprise Asset Management.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes, including migration strategy, data object planning, mock load cycles, reconciliation, and cutover readiness.
  • Hands‑on experience in SAP data migration and governance tools such as SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services, Syniti, LSMW, SAP MDG, ETL platforms, SQL, or data quality tools.
  • Ability to define data standards, ownership models, data quality rules, exception handling, and governance controls.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets, identify root causes, and drive practical remediation actions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and leadership skills across business and technology teams.
