The role will provide technical leadership for the development, standardization and optimization of SAP Plant Maintenance across multiple food manufacturing sites. This role serves as the functional owner of SAP PM within Maintenance and Asset Reliability.
The Regional SAP Maintenance Super Key User is responsible for designing how SAP is structured and used to support work management, preventative maintenance, reliability processes and MRO integration.
How you will contribute
You will:
  • Design and configure SAP PM structures including equipment hierarchies, task lists, maintenance plans and workflows.
  • Serve as the regional functional owner of the SAP PM system working on continuously improving SAP functionality aligned with business needs.
  • Leverage CMMS to improve spare parts management system to support planned and unplanned maintenance.
  • Identify and implement SAP system improvements, workflow enhancements, automations opportunities and process simplifications.
  • Act as the regional SAP subject matter expert by developing and delivering training programs for planners, supervisors and core team members.
  • Create SAP work instructions, drive adoptions of standardized SAP processes across all sites.
  • Enable accurate reporting for PM compliance, Backlog, breakdown metrics by supporting the development of dashboards and validate data accuracy and consistency across all bakeries.
  • Maintain master data standards, ensuring accurate systems to govern work order closure and failure coding to eliminate duplicate and obsolete parts.
  • Partner with IT for upgrades and fixes to drive SAP enhancements and improvements.
  • Align SAP PM and SAP MM to improve material planning and reduce emergency purchases.

  • Excellent communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment.
  • Demonstrated abilities in Analytics, problem solving and team building with a systems thinking and improved data quality mindset.
  • Experience in interfacing with the broader Supply Chain functions and a high level of capability around managing relationships and outcomes.

  • Demonstrated ability to function effectively in fluid, fast-paced situations, with the personal leadership to influence and positively motivate self and peers.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Familiarization with OSHA and FDA regulations.
  • High standards for discipline and execution with a structured process-oriented mindset.
  • Verbal and written English language.

Travel requirements:
  • Travel to the various manufacturing sites across the US as needed.

Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $109,000 to $149,875; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
