Job description

This position is part of BRP's SAP Center of Expertise (CoE), a cross-functional team of technical and business process experts. The SAP CoE drives support and continuous improvement across various domains to help the organization achieve its strategic goals and growth objectives. We're looking for experienced SAP Functional Integration Lead to support large‑scale SAP S/4HANA and ecosystem initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring effective integration across SAP functional teams and alignment with business process stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. The SAP Functional Integration Lead plays a critical role in driving end‑to‑end process consistency, managing cross‑functional dependencies, and ensuring SAP solutions are delivered as cohesive business solutions rather than isolated functional components.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Ensure SAP solutions are designed and delivered end‑to‑end by aligning functional designs with approved business process intent.

  • Act as a primary integration point across SAP functional workstreams to prevent design silos and integration gaps.

  • Identify, assess, and manage cross‑functional and cross‑process dependencies, impacts, and risks.

  • Facilitate cross‑functional design reviews, integration workshops, and alignment sessions.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to validate functional designs.

  • Partner with PMO and program leadership to provide integrated input on alignment issues, risks, and delivery readiness.

  • Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover, and go‑live activities from a functional and process integration perspective.

  • Ensure adherence to solution standards, templates, and agreed‑upon design principles.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • University degree or equivalent by experience

  • 8 years+ years' experience working in large, complex SAP programs with multiple parallel workstreams

  • Strong SAP functional experience, including hands‑on involvement in SAP S/4HANA implementations across multiple modules and SAP add‑on solutions such as EWM, TM, GTS, and IBP.

  • Proven ability to work across functional, business, and program governance teams

  • Strong end‑to‑end and integration mindset, with the ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions and resolve issues dynamically through clear, effective communication.

  • Comfortable operating in a multi-time zone environment and participating in escalations for critical incidents

  • High-level experience with cutover, go-live and data migration

  • Experience in scaled agile environment (e.g SAFe, LeSS)

  • Ability to constantly adapt and perform in ever evolving environments and business realities

  • You’re able to work in English (written and oral)

  • Note that this role may imply being available on irregular hours.
