Job Summary for SAP Integration Specialist
Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite)

- Develop and implement integration solutions between SAP systems and external applications to enable efficient data exchange and process synchronization.
- Configure and maintain SAP integration components using technologies such as IDoc, BAPI, and RFC.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather and analyze integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of integration scenarios to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and resolution of integration-related issues and system problems.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes, configurations, and updates.
- Work closely with SAP consultants, developers, and IT support to ensure successful integration and alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor integration performance and implement optimization strategies for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all integration solutions comply with organizational standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize strong technical skills in programming languages (e.g., ABAP), integration methodologies, protocols (XML, JSON, APIs, SOAP, REST, Web Services, EDI), and data transformation.
