Job description

This position is part of the Pharma Individualized Medicines Team responsible for the process development, manufacture and supply of personalized immunotherapies in collaboration with our global partners. Our Hillsboro Individualized Therapies (HIT) team is responsible for delivering a fast-evolving portfolio of new Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT) products to bring new curative treatments to patients. This portfolio of new products comes with the great promise to bring unprecedented medical advances to patients but also presents unique challenges: living products (e.g. cells/tissue) that need to be delivered to patients in highly personalized supply chain models, and meet fast turn-around-times at a zero-error quality level.
The Opportunity
The Senior Digital Systems Analystorchestrates the lifecycle management of new digital capabilities or changes to current digital capabilities that interact with our SAP system. This process begins with the identification of requirements led by the Business Process Experts (BPEs) and extends through user testing and deployment, all while ensuring that digital changes are implemented without disrupting GMP manufacturing operations. This position reports into the Material Management function. Key accountabilities include:
  • Manage intake form responses to help gather requirements and/or problem statement refinement.
  • Serve as the primary site contact for Global Service Release Management (SRM), translating technical release notes into business-impact summaries.
  • Develop and manage the overall local test strategy, including creating test plans and reports for each phase.
    • Author and maintain a library of standardized test scripts and regression scenarios.
    • Own the creation and maintenance of Master Data within non-production environments (e.g., SAP C1S/Q1S) specifically for testing and simulation purposes.
    • Lead the coordination for testing at the site, ensuring all BPEs are trained and available for testing windows.
    • Perform system simulations to validate "Feature Asks" from the business before they move into the formal build phase
    • Coordinate the site-level "Go-Live" checklist for digital releases, ensuring training, documentation, and SOP updates are completed prior to deployment.
    • Orchestrate site-wide communications regarding new digital solutions or system downtime, ensuring BPEs are equipped to shepherd their respective teams through changes.
  • Manage a centralized dashboard for ongoing system issues; analyze trends to identify when a technical "bug" actually requires a "Business Process Redesign."

Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise digital systems supporting either manufacturing or supply chain or quality organizations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in providing direction with both straightforward communication and influencing
  • Results-oriented, diligent with a sense of urgency and responsible for your own (self-directed) work
  • Strong functional knowledge of SAP and requirements management as well as knowledge of LIMS and MES (i.e., PharmaSuite)

This is an on-site position; no remote options are offered at this time.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Oregon is $98,000 - $182,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed in this link
