L'analyste fonctionnel principal (e) a la responsabilite de l'optimisation des processus d'affaires lies a la planification des achats et du reapprovisionnement des magasins autant pour les articles reguliers que saisonniers. Il participe activement a la demarche complete du projet d'implantation de systemes. L'analyste fonctionnel MM agit comme membre de l'equipe de developpement et support SAP et est responsable du portefeuille des demandes MM. Il participe entierement au cycle de vie du projet (analyse, configuration, tests, mise en place et soutien) pour mettre en place les demandes des usagers.

Responsabilites

   Recueillir, analyser et documenter les besoins d'affaires.
   Analyser les programmes existants et les documenter.
   Proposer et recommander des solutions a valeur ajoutee pour repondre aux besoins.
   Configurer le module MM.
   Rediger les specifications fonctionnelles et les transmettre aux developpeurs.
   Executer et documenter les tests unitaires et d'acceptation.
   Preparer et donner la formation aux utilisateurs.
   Determiner la strategie de deploiement et y participer.
   Assurer le soutien post-implantation.

Exigences du poste

   Minimum de 5 annees d'experience en implantation et/ou soutien a titre d'analyste fonctionnel.
   Formation universitaire en gestion informatisee, administration ou gestion des operations et chaine d'approvisionnement.
   Experience de travail en approvisionnement (atout)
   Connaissance approfondie du module MM et de SAP.
   Connaissance d'autres modules SAP tels que WM, SD, FICO, PI (atout)
   Capacite et interet a lire du code ABAP
   Experience en programmation ABAP (atout).
   Bonne comprehension du concept d'integration des modules de SAP.
   Esprit d'analyse tres developpe
   Interet a resoudre des problemes tres complexes
   Bonne aptitude au travail interpersonnel avec les usagers et les autres membres de l'equipe.
   Capacite a travailler de facon autonome et en equipe.
   Capacite a effectuer plusieurs taches simultanement.
   Habilete a gerer son temps et ses priorites.
   Connaissance des outils de la suite Microsoft Office.
