Job description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• 12+ years of hands-on SAP FI/CO experience across SAP ECC and S/4HANA Finance environments.
• Strong expertise in SAP Finance areas including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Electronic Bank Statement, Intercompany Accounting, Financial Close and Reporting.
• Strong SAP Controlling knowledge covering Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, allocations, assessment cycles, and period-end close activities.
• Experience in SAP ECC AMS support, incident management, change requests, enhancements, process improvements, and SLA/KPI-driven service delivery.
• Knowledge of New GL and Universal Journal concepts in S/4HANA.
• Experience coordinating with business, technical, integration, and testing teams for end-to-end SAP Finance support.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead SAP Finance and Controlling workstreams for SAP ECC AMS support engagement.
• Manage incidents, service requests, change requests, enhancements, and process improvement initiatives across SAP FI/CO processes.
• Ensure timely resolution of production issues while maintaining agreed SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, and governance expectations.
• Provide functional guidance for SAP FI processes including GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, EBS, Intercompany Accounting, Financial Close, and Reporting.
• Provide functional guidance for SAP CO processes including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA, allocations, and closing activities.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, integration teams, testing teams, and offshore/onshore delivery teams.
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, deliverables, and status reporting for assigned SAP Finance workstreams.
• Mentor junior consultants, review solutions, support knowledge management, and provide delivery governance across AMS activities.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
• Ability to lead distributed onshore-offshore teams and drive delivery governance.
