Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Technical Lead / Senior ABAP Developer with 15+ years of proven experience delivering complex SAP solutions across global enterprise environments. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA, ABAP, OData Services, CDS Views, AMDP, Web Services, BAPIs, BADIs, RAP, SAP BTP Integration Suite, EDI/ALE, enhancements, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. The successful candidate will have deep knowledge of SAP application data models, strong full lifecycle implementation experience, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality technical solutions. This position also requires strong analytical thinking, consulting mindset, leadership capability, communication skills, and the ability to work independently in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP technical solutions in a senior technical capacity, applying 15+ years of experience across IT, engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Develop, enhance, and support ABAP-based SAP solutions across key business areas, including Master Data, Order Management, Customer Service, and Finance.
  • Deliver scalable and maintainable solutions in SAP S/4HANA environments while ensuring alignment with modern SAP development standards and best practices.
  • Contribute to three or more full lifecycle global SAP implementations, including hands-on design, build, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support for complex worldwide solutions.
  • Design, develop, troubleshoot, and optimize technical objects using OData Services, CDS Views, AMDP, Web Services, Object-Oriented ABAP, BAPIs, BADIs, RAP, Predictive Code Completion, SAP BTP Integration Suite, implicit and explicit enhancements, EDI, and ALE.
  • Analyze, debug, and resolve complex integrated application issues by applying strong knowledge of SAP application data models, table structures, and end-to-end business processes.
  • Perform performance tuning and optimization for ABAP, SQL, AMDP, and CDS objects using traces, ATC checks, CDS analysis, and other diagnostic tools.
  • Support HANA optimization activities, including analysis of NUMA threads, memory consumption, workload classes, and related performance indicators.
  • Apply foundational system administration knowledge to support database analysis, issue tracing, root-cause investigation, and performance bottleneck identification.
  • Leverage SAP implementation methodologies and modern software development practices to deliver reliable, scalable, and high-quality enterprise solutions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical partners to clarify requirements, validate solution designs, and deliver integrated SAP capabilities.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, consulting ability, leadership, relationship-building, and influencing skills in a collaborative team environment.
  • Communicate technical concepts, risks, dependencies, and recommendations clearly through effective verbal and written communication.
