support for multiple AMS customers & implement. teams. Resp.

for design sessions across SAP tech. landscape & integrating systems. Gather facts, analyze & understand client's business & functional requirements & provide tech.

solutions. Participate in new implementations of SAP S/4 Hana, SAP Business Suites & SAP basis admin. activities using SAP tools.

Analyze root cause & escalate findings. Work & consult with project teams to ensure SAP systems are integrated into various appls. Lead SAP upgrades, OS/DB migrations, Unicode conversions for SAP NetWeaver platform, SSO config., & install
