Job description

Job Summary:
Accenture Federal Services is dedicated to helping the US federal government enhance national security and improve lives through technology. The SAP Application Developer Lead will lead complex business and system analysis, design, coding, and testing, while managing a team and mentoring junior members.
Responsibilities:
• Conducting translation of business area customer information into detailed enterprise application design
• Interacting with SAP Functional Consultants and client team members to perform analysis of alternatives and provide recommendations
• Conducting the preparation of programming specifications, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts for enterprise application modifications and installations
• Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting and work planning
• Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members
Qualifications:
Required:
• 7+ years of SAP ABAP and/or Fiori/UI5 and/or BTP development experience
• Extensive experience in SAP project management, demonstrating a deep understanding of SAP solutions and their implementation.
• Proficiency in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Experience in mentoring and developing team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
• US Citizens only (no dual citizenship or OCI Holders)
• Q Clearance and/or Top Secret clearance required
• Ability to travel up to 75%
Preferred:
• SAP certification in relevant modules or development areas
• Experience in leveraging emerging SAP technologies, such as S/4HANA, Fiori Elements, or SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), to deliver innovative solutions.
