About the Role

We're looking for dependable, compassionate individuals who want meaningful work-not just a job. As a Direct Support Professional, you'll help individuals live safely and independently in their homes and stay engaged in their communities.

This role is ideal for someone who is patient, responsible, and takes pride in making a real difference in someone's daily life.


What You'll Do
  • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
  • Support mobility needs (including wheelchair transfers when needed)
  • Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
  • Offer reminders for medications and daily routines (per care plan)
  • Observe and report any changes in health or well-being
  • Communicate updates with families and care teams
  • Follow each client's Individual Support Plan (ISP)
