Part-Time Sanitation Associate

Paisley Farm is proud to be part of The Fremont Company family โ€” feeding families since 1905. For more than 120 years, our family-owned company has brought Farm Fresh Flavor to tables across the country, from our signature bean salads to pickled vegetables like Sweet Pickled Beets and Dilled Brussels Sprouts. We're looking for dependable, hardworking people to help us keep that tradition going at our Willoughby, Ohio facility.

We're hiring a Part-Time Sanitation Associate to help clean and sanitize our production areas and equipment. This position plays an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and food-safe environment for our employees and the products we make.

What You'll Do
  • Clean and sanitize production equipment, work areas, floors, and other assigned areas
  • Follow established sanitation procedures and cleaning schedules
  • Use approved cleaning chemicals and sanitation equipment safely and properly
  • Perform equipment cleaning following production runs
  • Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), food safety, and sanitation requirements
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Identify and report sanitation, equipment, or safety concerns to supervision
  • Work with the sanitation and production teams to ensure cleaning is completed thoroughly and on schedule
What We're Looking For
  • Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable performing physical cleaning and sanitation work in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and remain active throughout the shift
  • Ability to follow written and verbal cleaning and safety instructions
  • Willingness to work around water, cleaning chemicals, and food production equipment
  • Previous sanitation, manufacturing, or food production experience is a plus, but not required
