About the Role
 
As a Dog Bather / Groomer in Training, you’ll be hands-on with the dogs, helping them look and feel their best. You’ll start by mastering the basics—bathing, drying, and providing routine wellness care—with the opportunity to advance into a certified Groomer role through our training program!
 
This is a great opportunity for anyone who wants to grow their skills, work in a fun environment, and make a difference in the lives of dogs and their families.
What You’ll Do
 
✅ Bathe, blow-dry, clip/grind nails, clean ears, brush coat, clean teeth, and express glands
✅ Prep dogs for grooming according to the service ticket
✅ Perform wellness checks using our S.C.E.N.T. Check app
✅ Work as part of a team to ensure services are completed efficiently
✅ Assist team members and ask for assistance when needed
✅ Ensure the safety of all dogs and team members at all times
✅ Follow Scenthound sanitary and cleaning practices
✅ Perform other duties as needed to keep the center running smoothly
