Summary

Oversees new member entry into existing wellness programming. Ensures that new member are qualified by their levels of exercise experience and conditions of health, helping place them in the most appropriate entry program.

Job Description

Responsible for maintain membership contracts including new membership development and reviewing existing memberships for compliance audits. Completes and actively participate in weekly staff meetings regarding ongoing consumer centered programming. Requires outside business contact for the purpose of marketing memberships and wellness programming. Responsible for the promotion of the Wellness Center, in partnership with Sanford Marketing, through varies channels, such as social media, external partners, internal leaders and departments including HR and Sanford Health Plan. Completes audits of membership contracts and billing information, including recovering monthly credit card declines and revenue misses. Demonstrates detailed computer knowledge with ability to decipher account information and billing information regarding member accounts.Excels at demonstrating professional interaction and courteous contact with customers. Displays ability to work with several customers and handle phone inquiries at once. Utilizes excellent communication skills with both internal teams and clients of the facility. Possesses knowledge of all facility programs and services with special emphasis and knowledge of the any new initiative programs. Demonstrates skill in sales closing techniques. Exhibits ability to provide professional letter writing techniques and skill in the development of proposals. Skills in working with worker's compensation and insurance carriers. Displays ability to perform mathematical calculations quickly with accuracy. Utilizes effective problems-solving techniques. Establishes and negotiates fees with new corporate accounts.

Qualifications

Associate's degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum three year's applicable work experience required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire or obtained with 30 days of hire.
