Job description

Position Summary

Position is responsible for building high-end furniture samples from a detail, drawing, or picture.

Position Details

  • Builds high-end furniture from a detail, drawing, or picture, etc.
  • Works with designer and detailer to make any necessary changes in sample case
  • Makes patterns or fixtures for parts as necessary
  • Observes plant safety rules
  • Keeps work area clean and is quality conscious in performing duties
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor

Position Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous sample building experience preferred
  • Must have knowledge of all woodworking machines necessary for any project
  • Must be self-motivated
