Job description

Instructional Aide at Emily G. Johns Intermediate School for the 2026-27 School Year

Successful candidates will provide academic or behavioral support to students and implement interventions for small groups of or individual students in grades 4th, 5th and 6th.  Works collaboratively with teachers and administration to plan student supports.

Requirements and Qualifications: 
    paraprofessional certificate required
    good interpersonal skills and collaborative
    ability to maintain confidentiality



Compensation: Based on Plano CUSD 88's Collective Bargaining Agreement
