KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, IT Asset Management for our Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Support clients in assessing their current IT Asset Management environment and creating future-state roadmaps to help them achieve their business objectives in a practical manner
  • Lead and deliver ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) solutions, including SAM strategy, implementation, configuration, and integration with ITAM/ITSM processes
  • Lead large IT Service Management transformation projects including project management, ITIL process design, solution design, technical tool design, and implementation on an IT Service Management platform
  • Leverage knowledge and experience to deliver end-to-end solutions on the ServiceNow platform which includes architecting technical implementation of ITAM processes, organizing and prioritizing development efforts, interfacing with vendors and management, and coordinating effort with both internal and client technical teams
  • Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions including configuration and workflow design and implementation
  • Support clients in adopting Software Asset Management best practices, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), migration, testing, and ServiceNow governance

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years of experience with techniques such as assessing and planning IT capabilities, IT cost and performance management, IT solutions architecture, portfolio, program and project management, and transformational change
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field from an accredited college/university
  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience with ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM), in addition to broader ServiceNow, IT management, enterprise strategy, IT supply chain, and information management disciplines
  • Experience in IT process improvement within your own organization or as an external consultant
  • Strong business, technical, analytical, problem-solving, and verbal and written communication skills
