Salon Manager reopening a newly remodeled salon. Current salon managers earn between $50k and $75k per year. Your mission will be to ensure smooth operations, coordinate schedules, and provide guidance and support to our talented stylists. Reopening this salon will require recruiting and hiring a strong team of stylists to work along side you. As salon manager you will be the leader in providing an example to your staff of quality haircuts and customer service. To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you'll need:

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
• Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
• A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
