Job description

One of the largest higher education institutions in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Trainer to lead a comprehensive end-user training initiative. This is a fully remote contract opportunity open to candidates anywhere in the United States, offering $50-75/hour based on experience.

This role is ideal for someone who has successfully built Salesforce Marketing Cloud training programs from the ground up and enjoys helping organizations maximize user adoption. You'll partner with business stakeholders to assess training needs, develop a complete curriculum, create engaging training materials, and deliver instructor-led sessions for users with varying levels of Salesforce experience. Candidates should have a proven track record of delivering successful Marketing Cloud training programs and be able to provide examples or references of previous work.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Proven experience building Salesforce Marketing Cloud training curriculum from the ground up
  • Experience delivering instructor-led training for business users and administrators
  • Strong understanding of Marketing Cloud features, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Audience Segmentation
  • Experience creating user guides, training documentation, videos, and other learning materials
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to tailor training for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience measuring user adoption and training effectiveness
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications
  • Experience in higher education or large enterprise environments
  • Experience developing eLearning or self-paced training content
