Key Responsibilities

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
  • Process Mapping: Analyze and document current business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and optimization using Work Case Management tools.
  • Solution Design: Work closely with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Testing and Validation: Develop test plans and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams, ensuring alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes, ensuring smooth adoption and usage of Work Case Management tools.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in Work Case Management, recommending improvements to existing processes and tools.
  • Qualifications
  • Experience: 6-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Work Case Management using Pega or similar enterprise tools.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, MBA IT/CS or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Pega or equivalent case management systems like Appian, IBM Case Manager, ServiceNow or SFDC Cloud; familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear and actionable deliverables.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in Business Analysis, Pega, or project management (e.g., CBAP, Pega Certified Business Analyst) are a plus.
