Position Overview

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Principal Solution Architect – Salesforce Consumer Goods to design and implement Salesforce-based technology solutions supporting Direct Store Delivery (DSD), Retail Execution, and Consumer Goods business processes.

The ideal candidate must have strong Consumer Goods Cloud (CGRE) and Retail Execution architecture experience, including hands-on experience designing solutions for field sales, merchandising, route delivery, retail users, and mobile/offline workflows.

This role will analyze business and stakeholder requirements, develop Salesforce architecture frameworks, create detailed solution designs, and collaborate across business and technology teams to deliver complex enterprise Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define Salesforce architecture models, solution patterns, and implementation guidelines aligned with enterprise architecture standards and Salesforce best practices.
• Translate DSD, Retail Execution, and Consumer Goods business requirements into conceptual Salesforce architectures and high-level system designs.
• Architect and extend Salesforce Consumer Goods Retail Execution (CGRE) applications.
• Design solutions supporting:
  • Visit planning
  • In-store execution
  • Surveys
  • Tasks
  • Mobile workflows
  • Offline experiences
• Develop conceptual models for field sales representatives, merchandisers, route drivers, and retail users interacting with Salesforce solutions.
• Guide architecture decisions related to Retail Execution and mobile/offline workflows.
• Review existing Salesforce and adjacent systems to identify modernization and improvement opportunities.
• Create Salesforce solution and integration architecture diagrams.
• Design and implement integrations across Salesforce platforms and enterprise systems.
• Evaluate Salesforce products and third-party ISV solutions and determine how they should integrate into the overall architecture.
• Lead solution design and implementation while resolving complex architectural issues.
• Apply Einstein AI and analytics capabilities to support insights-driven decision-making, predictive recommendations, and performance optimization.
• Design and implement Salesforce Agentforce and AI-powered experiences for intelligent automation, guided selling, and field productivity.
• Ensure solutions are resilient, highly available, scalable, performant, and maintainable.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, enterprise architects, and other cross-functional teams.
• Research emerging Salesforce capabilities and Consumer Goods industry trends.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, System Analysis, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10–12+ years of IT and business/industry experience, including strategic and operational planning.
• 10+ years of experience across at least three disciplines, such as:

• Experience with Salesforce implementations supporting large numbers of users and significant data volumes.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Core platform, integration, and data transfer.
