Role: Salesforce Technical Project Manager
Location: Plano, Texas - Onsite (8AM - 5PM or 9AM - 6 PM)
Duration: 6 months
Experience: 10+ Years < data-end="245" data-start="220">Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects from planning to delivery.
  • Manage scope, timelines, budget, risks, and project status reporting.
  • Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies and coordinate Developers, Admins, QA, and Architects.
  • Oversee testing, UAT, releases, deployments, and documentation.
  • Ensure Salesforce best practices, governance, DevOps, and CI/CD standards.

  • 10+ years of IT experience with 8+ years in Salesforce project delivery or technical leadership.
  • Hands-on experience managing Salesforce implementations, preferably Service Cloud Voice (SCV).

  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
