Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Project Manager to lead Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, hands-on Salesforce knowledge, and experience managing cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

 

Key Responsibilities

·       Manage end-to-end Salesforce project delivery, including planning, execution, testing, and deployment.

·       Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and QA teams to deliver Salesforce solutions.

·       Track project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and budgets.

·       Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure timely project execution.

·       Oversee integrations, data migration, release management, and user adoption activities.

·       Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Required Skills

·       12+ years of Project Management experience with 4+ years managing Salesforce projects.

·       Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning, and Integrations.

·       Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

·       Understanding of Salesforce development concepts including Apex, LWC, APIs, and integrations.

·       Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred

  • Salesforce Certifications (Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
  • PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification.
