Overview of the Role
This position offers the exciting opportunity to be a part of the salesforce.com Product & Pricing Operations Team. The person will be responsible for integrating price books and products in support of our Lead to Cash operations and systems. In this era of digital transformation, you will not only manage traditional systems but also leverage AI-driven tools to automate workflows and improve data accuracy. The ideal candidate is a self-directed leader with a strong project management background, capable of managing complex lifecycles and troubleshooting configurations. While the core of this role is operational delivery and project leadership, you will also utilize data analytics and AI-driven tools to enhance project accuracy and automate reporting workflows. Successful candidates will be able to work effectively within cross-functional teams to identify and gain agreement on business requirements and track all project tasks and issues.

Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, including tracking tasks, managing issues, and mitigating risks to ensure timely delivery of product configurations.

  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional meetings to identify business requirements, gain consensus, and document key decisions,

  • Operations Strategy: Lead the analysis, design, system impacts, and implementation of new product configurations and discounting structures within our quoting systems.

  • Process Improvement: Foster continuous technical and system improvements by identifying automation opportunities, utilizing tools like Salesforce Flow and AI to streamline manual task, with a focus on scaling operations through technology.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Produce high-quality process documentation and build analytical reports to track system performance and project health utilizing Generative AI to maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge base for the Product Operations ecosystem

  • Release Management: Assist with release management and testing to ensure system stability and successful deployment of new price books and SKUs.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent practical experience) in Business, Information Systems, or a related field

  • Demonstrated experience in project management methodologies and the ability to work with full autonomy.

  • 3+ years in complex business and technical environments (Lead-to-Cash experience preferred)

  • Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros).

  • Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce CRM and CPQ

  • Experience with Prompt Engineering or using GenAI tools to streamline business analysis and reporting

  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in a CRM context (e.g., Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, or automated pricing engines)

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets to identify patterns, troubleshoot configurations, and build results

  • Prior experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and an appreciation for precision and detail

  • Demonstrated ability to foster process improvements, problem-solve, and produce results

  • Ability to work with autonomy and consider cross-functional and downstream impacts.

  • Price book management experience is a plus

  • Technical and functional knowledge of Salesforce and CRM
