The Salesforce Developer is responsible for building, configuring, and enhancing Salesforce solutions that support our clients' business objectives. This role works closely with Architects, Consultants, and business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into high-quality, scalable technical solutions on the Salesforce platform. The Developer will contribute across multiple implementations, supporting both new development and ongoing enhancements.
What You'll Be Doing
   Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and configuration tools
   Build solutions based on functional and technical specifications provided by Solution Architects and Consultants
   Customize Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and automation to meet business requirements
   Develop and maintain integrations using Salesforce APIs, web services, and middleware platforms
   Participate in technical design sessions and provide input on implementation approaches and best practices
   Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Architects, QA, Project Managers, and client stakeholders
   Support multiple Salesforce development initiatives simultaneously in an Agile delivery environment
   Troubleshoot and resolve defects, performance issues, and production support requests
   Produce and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and deployment notes
   Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural training and certification programs
   Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management
What You'll Bring to the Role
   B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent work experience
   3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
   2-4 years of Salesforce implementation, customization, and configuration experience
   Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder required
   Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I preferred
   Experience developing on the Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
   Strong proficiency with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Flows
   Experience with Salesforce data management, deployments, and source control
   Familiarity with Salesforce APIs, integrations, and data migration tools
   Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models
   Understanding of enterprise application design and Salesforce best practices
   Strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills
   Experience with CRM concepts such as case management, interaction management, CTI, and related technologies is a plus
$130,000 - $150,000 a year

This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
