Job description

Job Summary:
RIT Solutions, Inc. is a Baltimore-based small business providing health-related consulting services to the federal government. They are seeking a Salesforce Developer to design and develop solutions in Salesforce, supporting government clients in the Baltimore and Washington D.C. Metro Area.
Responsibilities:
• Contribute to all technical aspects of the project.
• Responsible for developing Salesforce applications through all phases of the development lifecycle, from initial technical designs, implementation, testing, to production deployments.
• Ability to quickly learn new features, tools, technologies, and to communicate optimally with various business owners, technical staff members, other Application Development partners, User Exchange Group/Forums.
• Help ensure that development projects meet business requirements and goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues.
• Support Proof of Concepts and technical solutioning. Establish technical vision and work with developers to turn it into reality.
• Collaborate with all stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of the project.
• Good oral and written documentation skills and be able to interact with other team members to deliver fast and reliable solutions.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years' experience with customization on the Salesforce Lightning platform, including Lightning components using the Lightning Design System, Lightning Web Components or Lightning Aura Components and Apex (Batch, Controllers, Triggers).
• A minimum of 5 years' experience with declarative development on Salesforce using Workflows, Approval Processes, Process Builder, Flows, etc.
• Previous experience with implementing Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud. Solutions include Live Chat, Knowledge, Case Lifecycle Management, Assignment Rules, Reports and Dashboards, etc.
• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud design and development and working with third-party tools and market-place solutions from the AppExchange.
• Understanding and configuration of SAML and oAuth flows as well as the utilization of Salesforce application and platform security tools.
• Salesforce application and platform security tools solutions such as Checkmarx, AppOmni or similar.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce integrations, both point-to-point and middleware.
• Knowledge of GIT and CI/CD is preferred.
