This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, Salesforce administrators, and AI platform teams to deliver scalable and impactful AI solutions.
Salesforce AI Solution Development:
  • Design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions using Salesforce AI capabilities.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, Data Cloud, Flow Automation, and MuleSoft.
  • Build AI-driven workflows to improve customer engagement, productivity, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop intelligent customer service, sales, and marketing experiences.
AI Use Cases & Business Enablement:
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify and implement high-value AI use cases.
