Job Description
Cintas is seeking an Implementation Project Specialist L2. Responsibilities include providing strategic direction on opportunities with new and existing customers; manjaging all customer exclusive product projects to ensure profitable and sustainable business, which includes scheduling, leading regular customer communication to gather/confirm customer requirements and coordinating internal and external parties to a successful launch; providing direction on product development to meet customer requirements; developing profit models; developing an initial forecast; business process setup; program launch and post-launch activities; working with department Director in completion of activities related to qualifying and implementing opportunities.
Skills/Qualifications
Required
  • High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
  • 3 years' project management experience with operational or revenue-generating responsibilities
  • Experience resolving problems with collaboration
  • Experience with verbal and written communications with employees and customers at all levels of an organization
  • Experience conducting customer calls to gather information and requirements
  • Experience formulating and driving project strategy towards a successful outcome

Preferred
  • PMI certification
