Job Summary:
Damco Solutions is a company seeking a Salesforce FSL Architect to lead the design and implementation of Salesforce FSL solutions. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, customizing FSL, and ensuring integration with various enterprise systems while mentoring junior staff.
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of Salesforce FSL solutions.
• Architect robust, scalable solutions that support business field operations including dispatching, appointment scheduling, mobile access, and asset management.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and functional consultants to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Configure and customize FSL including service territories, work types, service appointments, crews, scheduling policies, and operating hours.
• Define and implement FSL mobile solutions for technicians and service agents.
• Ensure integration with ERP, GIS, telematics, and other enterprise systems.
• Lead solution reviews, design workshops, and technical documentation.
• Mentor developers and junior architects, and oversee code quality and best practices.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, data security, and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM including 3–5 years in Salesforce Field Service Lightning.
• Deep expertise in FSL data models, scheduling & optimization, mobile solutions, and automation.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows.
• Knowledge of mobile app architecture and offline capabilities in FSL.
• Familiarity with tools such as Copado, Gearset, or other DevOps platforms.
• Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant (required)
Preferred:
• Salesforce Application/System Architect
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II
