Job Summary:
ShiftCode Analytics, Inc. is a company seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer. The role involves designing and developing customized solutions within Salesforce, collaborating with business partners, and enhancing system functionalities to improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Must partner with business partners to include Marketing Professionals to review operational procedures, identify inefficiencies and design, develop and configure customizable and scalable processes and solutions in Salesforce.
• Responsible for designing and developing customized solutions within Salesforce and supporting platforms.
• Will be responsible for system enhancements, including APEX, SOQL complex formula fields, validation rules, Flow, approval processes, and reporting and dashboards.
• The position will support configuration and maintenance of user security permissions and hierarchies to comply with organizational requirements, handle complex data migration and hygiene projects and work with end users to provide best practices and tips on Salesforce, including training, documentation as well as global technical support and troubleshooting.
• The position will create system operation dashboards, reports and statistics that support data driven decision making and process improvement across the organization and review upcoming Salesforce.com release features as well as other integrated applications and provide recommendations when necessary.
• Plans, designs, develops, and maintains multiple complex salesforce implementation.
• Responsible for relationship and quality of offshore programming efforts.
• Collaborate across multiple scrum teams; Follow development, testing and deployment practices that are leading edge on the Salesforce platform.
• Analyzes problems, conducts root cause analysis, helps in resolution of problems using defined problem management procedure, and helps in application support and maintenance of customer applications.
• Work closely with QA to review test plans, test cases, and ensure quality of deliverables from the team.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Must Have Stakeholder experience
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must have strong experience with Marketing Cloud and Salesforce integration.
• Minimum of 5+ years of technical expertise on Salesforce LWC, Salesforce.com, using Force.com Apex, Visual Force, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Ant and the use of these tools with Salesforce.com.
• Demonstrated experience in designing, developing integrations between Salesforce and other systems using SOAP/REST API's
• Demonstrated experience working with source control using Git, Autorabit etc
• Strong experience and understanding of Salesforce security architecture.
• Strong experience with configuration, customization, programming with Apex API's, Apex Triggers, Workflows with actions, Approval Processes, Reports & Dashboards
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com best practices, support mechanisms, procedures and limitations are required.

• Experience with at least full life cycle implementations on Salesforce.com with 500+ user licenses.
• Ability to work independently on assignments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Software development methodologies, design, and architectural patterns.
• Work closely with QA to review test plans, test cases, and ensure quality of deliverables from the team.
Preferred:
• VISA- USC/GC HIGHLY PREFERRED - NO CPT/H1B
• Salesforce Platform Developer II (PDII) certification highly preferred and must be validated at time of submittal.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Experience with web services
