Overview

A financial services organization, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions supporting enterprise business operations.

This role will focus on building and maintaining Salesforce applications across Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, implementing custom development using Apex and Lightning Web Components, and supporting integrations with enterprise systems and third-party platforms. The Senior Salesforce Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into reliable, well-governed Salesforce solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesSalesforce Development
  • Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.

  • Develop and maintain business logic using a combination of Apex and Salesforce Flow.

  • Build custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automation to support business processes.

  • Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and platform reliability.

Salesforce Administration
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud environments.

  • Manage roles, profiles, permissions, and data security controls.

  • Support user management, system configuration, and ongoing platform enhancements.

System Integrations
  • Design and implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.

  • Connect Salesforce with enterprise systems such as ERP platforms, identity providers, and third-party applications.

  • Support middleware and ETL processes used for data synchronization and migration.

DevOps & Deployment
  • Manage Salesforce deployments across sandbox and production environments.

Data Management & Security
  • Maintain data integrity across Salesforce environments.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
  • Work closely with product owners, QA engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.

QualificationsEducation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience

Certifications
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I (PDI)

Experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience

  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud implementations

  • Experience developing enterprise Salesforce solutions in regulated or large enterprise environments is a plus

Salesforce Development Skills
  • Strong expertise with:

    • Apex development

    • Lightning Web Components (LWC)

    • Visualforce

    • SOQL/SOSL queries

  • Experience designing Salesforce automation using Flows and Apex triggers

Integration & Architecture
  • Experience implementing REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integrations

  • Experience integrating Salesforce with identity platforms, enterprise systems, and third-party applications
