Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
  • Leads the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry's best practices.
  • Provides technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders (clients, product owners, other technical teams) to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions and ensure alignment.
  • Provides technical guidance and best practices for Salesforce platform development, including security, performance, and maintainability.
  • Stays up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and technologies and incorporates them into development processes.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce development best practices.
  • Strong technical skills in areas such as Apex, Lightning Experience(LWC), and integrations.
