Job Summary:
Teachers Federal Credit Union is a leading credit union dedicated to helping members build a strong financial foundation. The Salesforce Developer will develop solutions within the Salesforce platform to meet stakeholder requirements and work collaboratively with project managers and other developers to design, develop, test, and deploy various solutions.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Develop customized workflows within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives and company goals
โ€ข Manage daily support and maintenance of Salesforce instances
โ€ข Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality standards are met
โ€ข Troubleshoot and debug issues related to Salesforce platform and integrations
โ€ข Implement ongoing improvements to ensure platform stability including Administration of the platform
โ€ข Integrate Salesforce with other applications using Salesforce APIs and Mulesoft
โ€ข Provide system administration support of Salesforce environment, especially related to user permissions, security settings, custom objects and workflow
โ€ข Maintain documentation of customizations and integrations
โ€ข Create technical specifications for user interfaces, customized applications and interactions with internal Salesforce instances
โ€ข Ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment
โ€ข Support current Financial Cloud, Marketing Cloud. Provide and maintain an integration framework for Salesforce Org to Org, Salesforce to legacy, and Salesforce to third party integrations. Specifically, experience working with Mulesoft Developers
โ€ข Write Apex classes and triggers, and Lightning Web Components
โ€ข Handle deployments and data migrations
โ€ข Utilize GitHub or other version control software
โ€ข Communicate with project managers, business stakeholders and other developers to ensure project success
โ€ข Implements best practices for trigger development and design patterns, other business logic development, and re-use
โ€ข Keep up-to-date with Salesforce releases and features to provide recommendations on how to improve our solutions
โ€ข Design and implement solutions that are scalable, flexible, and maintainable

Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Minimum four years Salesforce application development experience required
โ€ข Salesforce Certification required
โ€ข Proficient with Apex, VisualForce, HTML and JavaScript

โ€ข Strong understanding of SQL and SOQL
โ€ข Familiarity with Person Account Models
โ€ข Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
